25-Hour Breathwork Facilitator Training
An introduction to conscious breathing as a therapeutic and transformative tool. Drawing on both Western physiology and Eastern breath traditions, this training gives you the foundations to work with the breath — for yourself and with others.

50-Hour Chakra Philosophy, Meditation & Meridians Teacher Training
Level 2
In this training we will explore how ancient concepts like chakras, karma, samskaras, vrittis and vasanas can be relevant to our development and wellbeing, especially in this modern world. The training is based on the philosophical teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama and Paul Grilley.
During this course we will practice different chakra meditation techniques, yin and yang asana sequences, and investigate the physical, emotional and mental characteristics of each of the main 7 chakras. We will also lead a brief review of the main anatomical and philosophical principles behind Yin Yoga, and dive into the theory of Meridians and Qi according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine system.

30-Hour Yin Yoga Upper Body, Meridians Training
We often spend so much time glued to our screens that we end up slouched and too close to our devices, leading to poor posture and a buildup of tension in the upper body — frequently manifesting as headaches, shoulder discomfort and other aches. In this course we break down the upper body's anatomy, exploring its muscles, fascia and unique Yin stretches, and show you how every posture can contribute to better overall upper body health.
