Meditation is learning to control your thoughts.

slider-buddha-625x325 3There is a great variety of traditions and forms of meditation, and there are as many ways to practice it, e.g. sitting down, in motion, by focusing your attention on an object or word, or by staring at the flame of a candle.

UrbanLife primarily uses breath-focused meditation, as this method has proved to be the most effective, especially for stress-related issues. However, also for those who have no health issues, meditation is an effective tool to achieve silence.
